Bereavement Ministry
St. Anthony and Holy Angels
Bereavement Ministers meet with the family of the deceased to plan the funeral liturgy. The bereavement minister will help the family select hymns and Scripture readings for the Mass and help determine if any family members or friends will serve in the liturgy (i.e. Lector or Eucharistic Minister). Bereavement ministers must be available on weekdays during the day.

St. Helen
The ministry of Bereavement Planning Coordinators equips church members to meet with families as they plan the funeral services of their loved ones. Special attention is given to the readings and songs chosen for a funeral mass.
Each minister receives training to plan the liturgy as well as information on being present for the mourning family and friends. This ministry requires a very special, compassionate spirit. Contact: Nancy Lamm 937.253.3020
